Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Leo Varadkar!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
dosPalmares has taken the fight to the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for dosPalmares.
dosPalmares fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Varadkar misses with a body punch.
dosPalmares throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Varadkars head.
dosPalmares stops a takedown attempt from Varadkar.
dosPalmares tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Varadkar's elbow.
Varadkar blocks a punch to the side of the head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for dosPalmares.
Varadkar goes for a takedown attempt but dosPalmares pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
dosPalmares bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Varadkar's head.
dosPalmares thuds a left hand into Varadkar's body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Varadkar tries to clinch but dosPalmares moves away
and dosPalmares counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Varadkar lands a head kick!
It looks like Zumbi dosPalmares has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Varadkar on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Varadkar.
Zumbi dosPalmares has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leo Varadkar.

dosPalmares connects with a right hand. Varadkar shakes it off.
dosPalmares throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
dosPalmares fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Varadkar square on the jaw! Damn, Varadkar is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
