Jin looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Jin shoots in for a takedown but Schiff shows good takedown defense.
Jin darts in and clinches Schiff up against the cage.

Jin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Schiff looks to land a combination but Jin avoids it well.
Jin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Schiff but Schiff pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Schiff clobbers Jin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Jin throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Yongrui Jin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Schiff rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice body punch from Schiff.
Schiff fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The crowd cheers as Schiff lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jin doesn't seem phased though.
Jin is rocked!
Schiff lands with a big right hook that stumbles Jin - he's out on his feet here! Schiff follows up with another monster hook that separates Jin from consciousness! Jin falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Schiff stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thomas Schiff!
A determined Thomas Schiff didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
