Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pieter Christensen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shisu Garfield!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garfield shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Garfield showed some decent athleticism there.
Christensen tries to kick Garfield off but Garfield keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Christensen has hold of Garfield's hands but Garfield slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Christensen is trying to stand up here but Garfield is controlling him well.
Garfield drops an elbow to the side of Christensen's head.
Garfield takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Garfield looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Christensen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Garfield maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Christensen could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Garfield has cracked it and Christensen is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Garfield!
