Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Skinhead Malone (ranked 21189 p4p, 4202 weight class) and Ali Shukur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ali Shukur is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Skinhead Malone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ali Shukur!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Chad Campbell and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shukur rushes Malone and presses him up against the cage.
Shukur drags the fight down to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Shukur wants to sweep here but Malone controlling him for the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Shukur is staying active underneath Malone, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Malone uses his free foot to push down on Shukur's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Shukur.
Malone lands a big shot there that rocks Shukur but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Shukur is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Malone gets his way!
Shukur really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Malone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Shukur looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Malone with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Shukur looks up at the clock and then as Malone takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Shukur smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Shukur cracks Malone with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Shukur immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Malone is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Shukur!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ali Shukur!
Ali Shukur decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
