The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Garza moves in looking to clinch but Hunt pushes him off.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garza has closed the distance and engaged Hunt in a clinch.
Hunt keeps control of Garza as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Garza prevents Hunt from breaking the clinch.
Garza breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Garza rushes Hunt and presses him up against the ropes.
Hunt manages to break the clinch.
Hunt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Garza paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Garza is looking to counter the offense by Hunt and move into the clinch.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
