The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
San Cristobal shoots in for a takedown but Miah shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

San Cristobal looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Miah is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of San Cristobal's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take San Cristobal's back!
Bilal Miah has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Miah has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, San Cristobal has freed his hand and lives to survive another� well, another couple of seconds at least!

San Cristobal got a little sloppy there for a moment and Miah has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, San Cristobal has managed to get both his arms back between Miah's legs - danger averted.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bilal Miah.
Well Miah has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
