Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruben Smith (ranked 3180 p4p, 2656 weight class) and Ryun Sang Min (ranked 354 p4p, 300 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ruben Smith! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryun Sang Min! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Smith blocks the body kick.
Sang Min rushes Smith and presses him up against the cage.
Sang Min breaks the clinch.
Sang Min shoots in and drives through. Smith sprawls well. The fighters circle momentarily. Smith darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Smith. Sang Min does a little dance to reset his feet.
Sang Min fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Smith to the ground. Sang Min is now in Smith's guard. Sang Min sitting in guard, not really doing much. Smith keeping moving, preventing Sang Min from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sang Min looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Sang Min prevents Smith from getting back to his feet. Sang Min landing some decent shots from guard. Smith keeping moving, preventing Sang Min from controlling successfully.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sang Min throwing strikes but missing.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Sang Min darts in and clinches Smith up against the cage.

Sang Min tries for a kimura but Smith is defending well. Sang Min throwing shots but missing, from side control.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Sang Min sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Smith is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Sang Min swings around for an armbar but Smith sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Sang Min's guard. Smith postures up.
Sang Min has a closed guard, preventing Smith from standing up. Sang Min striking from the bottom here. Sang Min is adopting a defensive guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Smith is looking to stand up but Sang Min won't let him.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sang Min pulls Smith in to control the position.
Smith stands and steps away. Sang Min gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Sang Min fails with the takedown and Smith counters with a lovely straight right hand! Smith lands with a straight right. Sang Min didn't see that one coming. Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Smith throws a series of punches but Sang Min moves out of range. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Smith avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sang Min closes the distance and clinches. Smith is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Smith working hard to break the clinch. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ruben Smith will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Smith cracks Sang Min with a right hand to the side of the head. Smith lands a really nice looking cross but Sang Min seems unphased.
Ruben Smith is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sang Min fails with the takedown and Smith connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Smith looks to land a left hand but Sang Min moved out of range nicely.
Sang Min shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Smith napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Sang Min is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Smith has escaped the position, nice work there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Sang Min taking a breather here. Sang Min is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Smith wants to get back to his feet. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Sang Min tries to stand but Smith is controlling his head.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Sang Min takes one to the chin there. Sang Min fails in his attempt to clinch. Smith lands with a hook. Sang Min tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Ruben Smith is winning the standup battle so far. Sang Min misses with a series of wild punches.

and Sang Min takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Smith uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sang Min.
Smith swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith throws a right and a left that Sang Min avoids nicely. Smith falls off balance throwing a combination
and Sang Min counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sang Min postures up in Smith's guard and throws a big left but Smith blocks it. Smith has a closed guard, preventing Sang Min from standing up. Sang Min trying to control the position from guard on top but Smith is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Sang Min tries to free his leg and advance position but Smith is retaining full guard. Sang Min passes into half guard. Sang Min tries to stand but his arm is trapped. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sang Min in particular looking to stall. Sang Min is trying to control the action in half guard but Smith is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Ruben Smith dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Sang Min throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Sang Min with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Sang Min working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Smith keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sang Min is looking to advance position but Smith won't allow it. Sang Min wants to control but Smith is keeping him busy. Sang Min seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Sang Min wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smith keeps working. Sang Min is controlling the pace.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sang Min misses with a head kick.
Jab by Smith. Ruben Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Smith scores with a decent looking hook. Smith lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Smith darts in and clinches Sang Min up against the cage. Smith wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sang Min has him pressed against the cage.

Sang Min shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Smith defends it nicely. Smith swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Sang Min takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Sang Min looks for a takedown but Smith sprawls well. Ruben Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryun Sang Min. Sang Min shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side. Smith connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sang Min. Sang Min circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Smith feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Sang Mins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
 Sang Min is rocked! Smith steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Sang Min is out on his feet! Smith sets himself and nearly takes Sang Min's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ruben Smith! Jumping up and down and very excited, Ruben Smith waved his t-shirt featuring Uncle Rufus Clothing .Co's logo in front of the cameras.
