Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Tierney (ranked 25661 p4p, 3012 weight class) and Akira Sato (ranked 573 p4p, 356 weight class). Akira Sato told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyler Tierney!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Akira Sato!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Sato connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

We've been told by Tierney's head coaches at Ironbound MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Sato knocks out Tierney with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Sato before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Sato picks up the big W with a huge KO!
