Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lamar Louis (ranked 25682 p4p, 4588 weight class) and Sid Pommier (ranked 547 p4p, 469 weight class). Louis comes to the ring accompanied by Bleach OST - BL_86. The crowd seem to be enjoying Pommier's choice of entrance music: Ayla. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lamar Louis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sid Pommier!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Louis pushes Pommier up against the ropes in a clinch.
Pommier throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Louis blocks it with crossed arms.
Louis jumps guard but Pommier turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.
Pommier tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Louis fails to pull guard.
Pommier manages to break the clinch.
Louis wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Louis dodges the punch combination from Pommier.
Pommier plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Good leg kick by Pommier.
Pommier steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Louis.

Lamar Louis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pommier takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Pommier looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Pommier fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pommier moves forwards but Louis connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Pommier misses with a low kick.

Pommier tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Louis is looking to counter punch.
Louis could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Pommier ducks under a wild hook from Louis.
Louis backing away here, and Pommier unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Louis walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Pommier checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Pommier throws out a leg kick but Louis moves out of range and Pommier only half commits.
Pommier does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Louis throws a push kick but Pommier slaps the foot to one side.

Louis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Louis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pommier.

Louis scores with a hook to the body. Pommier takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Louis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Pommier moves away.
Pommier throws a low kick but Louis moves out of range easily.
Pommier moves out of range as Louis strikes.
Louis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Pommier paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Louis throws a leg kick but Pommier sees it coming and moves out of range.
Pommier cracks Louis with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Louis throws a sloppy head kick and Pommier moves out of range easily.
Pommier now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Louis tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Pommier is able to avoid easily.
Louis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Pommier.
Pommier ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Pommier was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Louis swings for the body but Pommier moves out of range.
Pommier lands a really nice looking cross but Louis seems unphased.

It looks like Lamar Louis has been cut.
Pommier throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Louis.
Louis looks to score with a jab to the body but Pommier is just out of range.
Pommier throws a fast counter high kick but Louis manages to duck under it in time.
Louis moves into range and connects with a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Louis throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Louis throws a head kick but Pommier moves out of range.
Pommier throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Louis throws a quick counter head kick but Pommier was just out of range.
Pommier misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pommier lands with a slapping head kick.
Pommier throws a nice inside leg kick.
Louis tests Pommier's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Louis gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pommier wants the takedown. Louis is fighting it off but Pommier persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Louis's guard against the ropes.
Pommier is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Louis has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pommier is looking to defend but Louis has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pommier! Louis pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pommier taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Lamar Louis!
Lamar Louis decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
