Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Billy Gimmy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Solomon Peck!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peck changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gimmy tries to avoid it but Peck manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gimmy to the ground. Gimmy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Peck gets a clinch.
Peck is looking for a takedown.
Peck goes for a takedown in the clinch but Gimmy prevents it.
Billy Gimmy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Solomon Peck.

Peck tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gimmy defends well and Peck ends up having to push Gimmy into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

and Gimmy counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Peck tries to lock up and control but Gimmy gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gimmy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
