Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Mullins (ranked 2366 p4p, 3609 weight class) and Ezra Alter (ranked 286 p4p, 412 weight class). Mullins comes to the cage accompanied by Take Me Out - Franz Ferdinand. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Maxwell Mullins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ezra Alter! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Russell Pearce and Alyssa Summers.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mullins looks for a takedown but Alter sprawls well.
Mullins shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Alter is looking to control Mullins's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Alter avoid being mounted? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Alter is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Alter is pressing down on Mullins's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Alter is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Mullins blocking the ground and pound attempt from Alter. Mullins is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Alter scores with a couple of nice shots.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Well, if Alter is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
Alter is trying to control the action in half guard but Mullins is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Mullins has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Alter is on him like a limpet, forcing Mullins back against the cage. Mullins is looking for a takedown.
Mullins breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mullins darts in and clinches Alter up against the cage. Mullins swings wildly with an uppercut but Alter uses good head movement to avoid it. Mullins missing with knees to the body.
Alter jumps into guard, dragging Mullins to the mat.
Alter working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mullins. Alter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Alter has his foot on Mullins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mullins works his way back into a safe position though.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Alter is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mullins is aware though and is defending well. Alter keeping full guard, as Mullins tries to pass. Mullins will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mullins showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Alter controls Mullins momentarily but Mullins frees himself. Mullins throws a big right hand that misses. Alter is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Alter has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Mullins doesn't defend quickly enough and Alter has managed to lock this one up! Can Mullins escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Alter on a fantastic submission victory.
