Sloppy strikes from James. Those never looked like landing.
James jabs Villegas right on the nose. Villegas blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Reilly Villegas has been cut.
John James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Villegas seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. James shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Villegas is backing up but James catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Villegas covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! James Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
