Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Sullivan!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Thorgard has closed the distance and engaged Sullivan in a clinch.
Thorgard goes for a takedown in the clinch but Sullivan prevents it.
Thorgard ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Thorgard no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Sullivan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Sullivan trying to control the position from guard on top but Thorgard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Thorgard had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Sullivan defends it easily.

Sullivan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Thorgard is proving hard to escape from.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sullivan content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Thorgard drops down looking for an ankle pick but Sullivan pulls his leg out and moves away.
Thorgard forces Sullivan back against the cage and clinches.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Thorgard is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Sullivan to keep the fight standing.
And that's the end of the fight!
Magnus Thorgard showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Thorgard has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
