Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brennan Sutchel (ranked 25798 p4p, 25572 weight class) and Joe Missel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brennan Sutchel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Joe Missel!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Fedor Mirinova and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Missel shoots in looking for a takedown but Sutchel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Missel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Missel dives in for a single leg takedown but Sutchel sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sutchel gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Sutchel throws a punch but it's blocked by Missel.
Missel tries for a takedown. No joy.

Sutchel working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Sutchel has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Missel is proving hard to escape from.
Missel is trying to control the position but Sutchel postures up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Brennan Sutchel will probably get the nod.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sutchel has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Missel can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Sutchel has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brennan Sutchel.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sutchel, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
