Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ching Chong Chongching (ranked 2018 p4p, 2295 weight class) and Schoonie Jenkins (ranked 238 p4p, 263 weight class). Schoonie Jenkins has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Schoonie Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Roosa J�rvil�inen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chongching checks a leg kick.
Jenkins looks to land a combination but Chongching avoids it well.
It looked like Chongching wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jenkins uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Chongching.
Jenkins swings for the body but Chongching moves out of range.
Jenkins throws a push kick but Chongching slaps the foot to one side.
Chongching throws a big shot that misses.
Chongching misses with a lunging right hand
and Jenkins makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Schoonie Jenkins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jenkins throws a body punch but Chongching moves out of range.

Jenkins fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chongching manages to avoid it.
Chongching went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Chongching was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Jenkins lands with a straight right. Chongching didn't see that one coming.

Jenkins scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
We've been told by Chongching's head coaches at Sydney Top Team that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jenkins has closed the distance and engaged Chongching in a clinch.
Jenkins throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Jenkins lands a nice uppercut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chongching is trying to break the clinch but Jenkins has him pressed against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Jenkins creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Jenkins takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

With the fighters up against the cage, Jenkins throws an elbow but misses.
Chongching pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Chongching keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Jenkins wants to slow Chongching down by chopping away at his legs.
Jenkins closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
It looks like Schoonie Jenkins has been cut.
Jenkins throws the left hand but Chongching avoids the punch easily.
Jenkins throws an overhand right that lands on Chongching's shoulder, as Chongching tries to avoid the shot.
Chongching avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Chongching swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A combination from Chongching does no damage.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Jenkins. Chongching shrugs it off though.
Jenkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Chongching lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jenkins circles away quickly and effectively.
Jenkins tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Chongching manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jenkins dodges the punch combination from Chongching.
A low kick lands for Jenkins.
Chongching misses with a hook
and Jenkins counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Chongching thinking.
Chongching throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Jenkins throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chongching stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jenkins tries to clinch there but Chongching circles away.

Nice defenses there by Jenkins.
Jenkins is looking to chop away at Chongching's legs.
A little feinted left hand from Chongching on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Some bone on bone action there as Chongching checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
As Jenkins backs away, Chongching returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Jenkins lands with a right hand.
Chongching is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Jenkins's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Chongching lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chongching throws a right hand that Jenkins ducks under and follows up with a left that Jenkins also avoids with ease.
Chongching takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Chongching will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jenkins explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Jenkins throws a series of punches but Chongching avoids them all with ease.

Jenkins has Chongching pressed against the cage, preventing Chongching from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jenkins is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Chongching is defending well for now.
Chongching wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
