Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elisha Hopkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Juanito Buffer!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buffer shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Buffer tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hopkins knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Buffer wants to take a breather but Hopkins is having none of it.
Buffer performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Hopkins is not content to let Buffer control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hopkins tries to kick Buffer off but Buffer keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Buffer controlling the pace.
Buffer's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Buffer tries to keep at a distance but Hopkins has taken the fight into the clinch.
A short right from Hopkins.
It looks like Juanito Buffer has been cut.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hopkins takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Hopkins prevents a takedown attempt there.
Hopkins with a knee to the head.
Hopkins breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Buffer misses with a takedown
and Hopkins counters with a head kick.
Buffer slaps away a takedown attempt from Hopkins, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Buffer feints the counter takedown.
Buffer shoots in and bounces Hopkins off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Buffer passes into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Buffer stalling.

Buffer is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hopkins defends it well.
Buffer passes to side control.
Buffer looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Buffer is working to tighten his grip on Hopkins's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Hopkins has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Buffer is really squeezing tight and eventually Hopkins passes out! Buffer breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Juanito Buffer!
A relieved looking Juanito Buffer thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
