Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bjron Gunnarsson (ranked 3987 p4p, 25845 weight class) and Asep Ahmad (ranked 129 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gunnarsson might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Icelandic Anthem. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Asep Ahmad!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunnarsson gets a takedown into half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Ahmad is adopting a defensive guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
No luck for Ahmad with that takedown attempt.
Ahmad throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Gunnarsson was covering up waiting for the punch and Ahmad finishes the takedown easily into guard.

and Ahmad counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Ahmad.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ahmad has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Gunnarsson wants to sweep but no luck.

Gunnarsson is bucking up trying to escape but Ahmad cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ahmad takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ahmad scores with a couple of good head shots there.

Ahmad has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Gunnarsson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Gunnarsson is trying to defend against the choke here but Ahmad has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Ahmad Tightens the hold and Gunnarsson taps out furiously! Ahmad displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
