Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Minatay Mibangon (ranked 23387 p4p, 23404 weight class) and Walay Buut (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Walay Buut enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 50 - 68 - 15, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 70 - 58 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Walay Buut!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Buut closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mibangon circles away.
Mibangon is looking to counter with head kicks.
Mibangon shoots in but Buut avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Buut counters with a body kick.
Buut goes for a double leg but Mibangon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Mibangon continues to drive forward.
Mibangon appears to be looking for a big counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Horrible takedown attempt by Buut or perhaps it was just good defense by Mibangon, which made it look bad.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's time! Mibangon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Mibangon shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Buut napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Buut changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mibangon tries to avoid it but Buut manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mibangon to the ground. Mibangon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mibangon shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Buut's guard.
Mibangon stays in close to Buut's body and controls the position.
Buut avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Buut is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Mibangon is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mibangon.
And Buut responds with a good body kick, but Mibangon manages to step out the way in time.
Buut shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mibangon but Mibangon pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Buut takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Buut throws a fast counter high kick but Mibangon manages to duck under it in time.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Mibangon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Buut circles away.
Buut stuffs the takedown attempt from Mibangon. Mibangon gets slowly back to his feet.
Buut follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

As Mibangon backs off Buut throws a huge counter combo but Mibangon manages to avoid it all.

Buut wants to control but Mibangon is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Mibangon looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Mibangon's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Buut is not content to let Mibangon control the position.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

It appears Mibangon was looking to counter with a kick there.
Mibangon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
