Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alex Burns (ranked 5019 p4p, 5065 weight class) and Jimmy Buler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Burns is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alex Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Buler! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns has closed the distance and engaged Buler in a clinch.
Burns jumps into guard, dragging Buler to the mat.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Buler controls from within his opponent's guard. Burns trying to control the position here.
Burns working for a triangle but Buler defends it easily.
Buler controls from within his opponent's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Buler slips nicely into half guard. Burns on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Burns tries to get out of the position. Buler controlling the action here. Burns on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Burns is trying to get back to full guard. Nice strikes from Buler there.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Buler lands strikes from half guard. Buler is looking to advance position but Burns won't allow it. Buler has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Burns is squirming around, avoiding Buler's attempts to control the action. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Buler is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Burns can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Buler is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Buler controlling the position easily from mount. Buler is landing with some decent strikes but Burns is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Burns is trying to reverse the position but instead Buler has taken his back - oops!
Buler has managed to slip his arm under Burns's chin. This could be all over... yep, Burns is tapping out! Submission win for Buler.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jimmy Buler!
