The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haney lands a nice shot that snaps Mootoosamy's head back.
It looks like Arvin Mootoosamy has been cut.
Mootoosamy ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Arvin Mootoosamy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Haney scoring well with a low kick there.
Mootoosamy moves into range and connects with a jab.
Haney avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Mootoosamy throws the kick towards the body but Haney avoids it.
Haney turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Haney looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Mootoosamy pushes Haney off and scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Haney moves into the clinch successfully.
Mootoosamy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Haney pounces like a tiger and cracks Mootoosamy with a vicious hook! Mootoosamy is down but not out! Haney follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
