The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Tijhoff fails with a takedown attempt.
Tijhoff fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kersikov sprawls well initially but Tijhoff persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Kersikov (0) vs (2) Tijhoff Kersikov wants to get back to full guard. Kersikov moves into full guard.
Kersikov wants to sweep here but Tijhoff controlling him for the moment. Tijhoff wants to control from the top but Kersikov keeps moving. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kersikov pulls Tijhoff in close to prevent any damage. Tijhoff looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
 That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kersikov is on top in guard.

Kersikov lying in Tijhoff's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Tijhoff decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Kersikov taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
