This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Hilo, with a TWGC record of 16 wins and 18 losses; Sea Snake! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 8 wins and 7 losses; Aron George! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. George shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Snake sprawls well. Snake wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. George gets slowly back to his feet. Snake will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Snake shoots for a double leg takedown but George sprawls well. He's pushed Snake's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. George fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
