Kiely closes the distance and pushes Brown back into the cage.
Brown wants to take the fight to the mat but Kiely manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Brown has Kiely pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kiely manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Kiely gets underhooks to prevent Brown's takedown attempt.

Kiely working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Brown is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kiely is just riding it out for now. Brown eventually gives up the hold.

Kiely is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Brown moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
My spies in ABC Submissions and GNP inform me that Kiely has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Brown has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kiely can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kiely is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Kiely tries to free his leg and advance position but Brown is retaining full guard.

Kiely looking to improve position, pressing down on Brown's thigh with his hand. Brown seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Kiely paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Kiely's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Brown picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!

After winning the bout, Hoodoo Brown thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
