We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Takeshi controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Takeshi is pulling down on Goodman's head. It's preventing any offense from Goodman, at least for the moment. Takeshi has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Goodman is fighting to break Takeshi's control of his arms but Takeshi is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Takeshi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Takeshi tries to get to full guard but Goodman has control of the leg. Goodman is just content to waste time from the top position. Takeshi takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Goodman working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.  That's fourteen minutes gone in the round. Takeshi pulls Goodman in close to his closed guard and prevents Goodman from doing any damage or advancing position. Takeshi looking to control.
Takeshi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Goodman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Goodman is looking to pass into half guard but Takeshi pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Takeshi is in guard. And that's the end of the fight! Goodman wins on points by 10 to 6. In his post fight interview, White Goodman gave a big smile as he said 'Losing is a genetic disorder much like baldness or necrophilia and its only your fault if you don't hate yourself enough to do something about it!
