Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Code lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ford circles away quickly and effectively.
Danga de danga de dang - Ford scores with a four punch combination!
Ford takes a swing at Code's ribcage but misses.
Code stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Ford.
Ford tries a head kick but it misses.
Alijah Ford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Code clinches.
Ford wants to break free but Code has control.
Ford fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Code.
Stalling in the clinch from Code.
Code lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ford backwards.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Ford just misses with a elbow thrown towards Code's brow.
Ford's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ford tries to clinch there but Code circles away.
Code is looking to counter punch.
Ford wants to clinch
and Code counters with a nice right hand that sends Ford toppling to the canvas! Ford scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Code finish him?!
It looks like Alijah Ford has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ford throws a leg kick
and Code counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Ford off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Code follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Ford was out before he hit the floor.
