Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Channarong Khemkhaeng (ranked 2808 p4p, 3574 weight class) and Darryl Pitts (ranked 239 p4p, 299 weight class). Darryl Pitts has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Channarong Khemkhaeng's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Channarong Khemkhaeng! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darryl Pitts! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khemkhaeng tries to clinch up but Pitts circles away and keeps his distance. Pitts throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pitts has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Pitts stalks Khemkhaeng and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Khemkhaeng's face. Khemkhaeng staggers backwards, shaken.
Khemkhaeng has closed the distance and engaged Pitts in a clinch.
Pitts throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Khemkhaengs head. A body shot lands from Pitts.
Pitts is working Khemkhaeng over against the cage. A body shot lands from Pitts.
Pitts lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Khemkhaeng stalling in the clinch but Pitts improves position. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Pitts. Khemkhaeng fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Khemkhaeng is breathing heavily. Pitts throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pitts gets through Khemkhaeng's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Pitts throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Khemkhaengs head. Pitts lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Khemkhaeng backwards. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Pitts lands a body punch.
 That's one minute gone in the round. A quick uppercut on the inside from Pitts. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Khemkhaeng is trying to pull guard but Pitts has him pressed against the cage. Pitts lands with a light punch inside. Pitts softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Pitts lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Khemkhaeng backwards. Pitts lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Pitts lands a left hand.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Pitts creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
 Khemkhaeng is rocked! Khemkhaeng tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pitts smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Channarong Khemkhaeng. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Khemkhaeng takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Oh Khemkhaeng is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Khemkhaeng avoids the body shot from Pitts.
Khemkhaeng is looking to counter the offense by Pitts and move into the clinch. Khemkhaeng seems to have got his legs back now. Pitts lands a nice hook to Khemkhaeng's body. Khemkhaeng takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Pitts lands a nice looking body shot.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
Khemkhaeng takes the fight into the clinch. Pitts scores with a shoulder strike. Pitts lands with a left to the head. Pitts lands a body punch in the clinch.
Khemkhaeng pulls guard. Khemkhaeng seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Pitts is stalling in the full guard.
Khemkhaeng is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Pitts trying to control but Khemkhaeng is working from the bottom. Khemkhaeng looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Pitts really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Khemkhaeng. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Khemkhaeng is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Khemkhaeng manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pitts manages to get himself to full guard.

Khemkhaeng drops back looking for a leg! Pitts is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Pitts manages to kick Khemkhaeng off! Khemkhaeng jumps back into Pitts's guard. Khemkhaeng pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Pitts is keeping the position for now.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Khemkhaeng thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Khemkhaeng wants to pass the guard but Pitts is keeping the position. Khemkhaeng sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Pitts's guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Khemkhaeng wants to free his trapped foot but Pitts is holding on for dear life with his legs. Khemkhaeng moves nicely into side control. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Darryl Pitts dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Pitts throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pitts, as that shot connected.

Khemkhaeng clinches. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Pitts creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Pitts lands a right hand that snaps the head of Khemkhaeng backwards. Darryl Pitts seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Pitts lands a hook to the side of the head.
Khemkhaeng pulls guard effortlessly. Pitts wants to control from the top but Khemkhaeng keeps moving. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Khemkhaeng is on top in guard.
 This has been an exciting period of action! Pitts keeping full guard, as Khemkhaeng tries to pass.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Pitts pulls Khemkhaeng in to control the position. Khemkhaeng passes Pitts's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Pitts has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Khemkhaeng is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Khemkhaeng is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Pitts! Khemkhaeng wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.

Khemkhaeng has isolated one of Pitts's arms. Pitts looking to fight him off but Khemkhaeng twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
