Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Odin Sky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Foolery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sky comes to the cage accompanied by Borknagar - Colossus. Odin Sky has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Odin Sky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Foolery! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Foolery pinned against the cage. Foolery gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sky shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Sky slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Sky stands up from guard. Let's bang! Foolery tries to clinch but Sky is having none of it. Sky shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Sky throwing strikes from guard but Foolery blocks nicely. Sky not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Sky gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sky shoots in for a takedown but Foolery shows good takedown defense. Sky tries for a takedown but Foolery sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Odin Sky. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sky moves into the clinch. Sky is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Foolery is keeping busy. Foolery tries a knee to the head but Sky blocks it.

Sky has Foolery pulled in close to control his posture. Foolery looks gassed! Sky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Foolery is one step ahead there. Foolery tries to stand but Sky is controlling from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sky wants to stand and escape but Foolery is having none of it. Sky manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Sky cracks the inside of Foolery's front leg. Sky walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Foolery checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Sky pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sky closes the distance and clinches. Sky wants to get back to striking at distance but Foolery won't allow it.
Sky goes for a takedown attempt but Foolery pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Sky decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Foolery is staying active underneath Sky, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Foolery pushes Sky off looking to stand but Sky dives back in and keeps control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sky perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Sky's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Sky gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Tom Foolery is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Sky looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Foolery! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sky controlling from mount. Sky has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Sky controlling from the full mount. Sky is standing up, even though he is in mount. Tom Foolery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Foolery closes the distance looking to clinch and Sky counters with a nice double leg into guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Odin Sky dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. and Sky counters with a nice double leg into guard. Sky wants to stand but Foolery has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sky wants to stand and escape but instead Foolery has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sky wants to stand but Foolery is controlling the position. Sky trying to keep a closed guard but Foolery is proving a slippery customer.
Sky is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Sky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Foolery is one step ahead there. Foolery is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sky is trying to control the position but Foolery postures up. Sky on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Sky tries to get out of the position. Foolery gets to his feet. Sky looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Sky fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Foolery. Foolery darts in trying to clinch and Sky moves into the clinch. Foolery misses with a knee to the head. A shot in the inside from Sky. Foolery tries a knee to the head but Sky blocks it.

Sky tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Foolery smiles and moves away.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Sky throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Foolery throws a lazy body kick and Sky counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Foolery using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Sky has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Sky lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Sky looking to stall.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Foolery tries to clinch but Sky moves away and Sky counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Odin Sky overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sky prevents Foolery from getting back to his feet. Foolery scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Foolery tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Sky makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Sky avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sky looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Foolery swings away with a leg kick that misses. Sky misses with a wild combination.
Foolery gets caught flat footed, as Sky shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Foolery wants to stand but Sky is controlling the position. Sky trying to control the position from guard on top but Foolery is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sky gets to his feet - Foolery follows without any prompting. Foolery tries to clinch but Sky is having none of it. Foolery wants to clinch up but Sky keeps it at a distance. A good leg kick by Sky. Sky closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sky throwing shots but Foolery is blocking nicely. Sky keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Sky wants to stand up but Foolery is controlling the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sky stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Foolery to get to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sky controlling the position. Sky looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Sky controlling Foolery's posture. Foolery has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sky is proving hard to escape from. Sky is looking to sinch up a triangle. Foolery throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sky's body to avoid the submission. Sky has instead reached around Foolery's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sky arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
