Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Duck Silva (ranked 1882 p4p, 3140 weight class) and JJ King (ranked 145 p4p, 204 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Duck Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, JJ King! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Paul Gruel.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as King sprawls well. King wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
King gets a takedown into half guard. Silva is looking to control King's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Silva avoid being mounted? Silva is trying to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Silva moves into full guard.
Silva is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. King is aware though and is defending well.
Silva working for a triangle but King defends it easily.
King told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. King loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. King with a flurry of punches that miss.
Silva looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. King really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
King is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Silva has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. King is looking to defend but Silva has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for King! Silva pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, King taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Duck Silva! Duck Silva gave a mention to Hype Nutrition in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
