Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sebastiao Galhardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Scheuzuan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scheuzuan tries to close the distance and clinch but Galhardo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Scheuzuan is looking to clinch but Galhardo is avoiding it.
Scheuzuan wants to clinch.
Galhardo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Galhardo fails with the takedown.
Galhardo circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Galhardo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Scheuzuan's guard.

Galhardo's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Galhardo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Scheuzuan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Scheuzuan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Galhardo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Scheuzuan isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Galhardo stacks Scheuzuan on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Galhardo!
Galhardo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Scheuzuan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Galhardo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Galhardo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Galhardo controls the position from side control.
Galhardo goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Scheuzuan rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Galhardo's guard! Nice work there by Scheuzuan!
Scheuzuan is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Galhardo is breathing heavily.

Galhardo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Scheuzuan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Scheuzuan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Galhardo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Scheuzuan lying in Galhardo's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Galhardo decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Scheuzuan taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
