Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rickity Crickity (ranked 4123 p4p, 4926 weight class) and Neil Stephenson (ranked 447 p4p, 490 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rickity Crickity! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Neil Stephenson! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Joseph Jones and Jonathan Paton.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stephenson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Crickity tries to avoid it but Stephenson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Crickity to the ground. Crickity escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Crickity is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Neil Stephenson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stephenson uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crickity.
Crickity lands the left hand. A combination from Crickity does no damage.
Crickity gets a double leg takedown into Stephenson's guard. Crickity is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Crickity got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stephenson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Crickity has managed to get both his arms back between Stephenson's legs - danger averted. Crickity pushing down on Stephenson's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crickity working over Stephenson with some ground and pound. Stephenson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Crickity looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Crickity's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Crickity has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Crickity controlling from mount. Stephenson is looking to improve his position but Crickity isn't that keen on the idea. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Crickity cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Crickity tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Crickity prevents Stephenson from getting the reversal. Stephenson keeps trying to improve his position. Crickity controlling from mount. Stephenson tries to reverse the position but Crickity maintains control. Crickity looking to control and managing it successfully. Crickity has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Stephenson is working to get back to half guard.
Crickity controlling the position easily from mount. Crickity seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Stephenson for as long as he can get away with. Stephenson is looking to get to half guard. Crickity controlling from the full mount.  That's four minutes gone in the round. Stephenson is in a horrible position here. Crickity smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Crickity controlling the pace for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. More hug and hope from Crickity. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Rickity Crickity dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Stephenson looks for a takedown but Crickity sprawls well. Stephenson shoots for a takedown but Crickity saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Stephenson fails with a takedown attempt. Rickity Crickity has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Neil Stephenson. Stephenson has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
 It looks like Neil Stephenson has been cut. Crickity lands a jab to Stephenson's midsection. Stephenson fails with the takedown and Crickity counters with a nice uppercut. Good standup being displayed there by Crickity as he connects with a hook. Crickity scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
 Stephenson is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stephenson tries to get into range but Crickity steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Stephenson! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Crickity scores the big KO victory!
