Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Akame Waleboo (ranked 3319 p4p, 25550 weight class) and Joe Disgoia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Akame Waleboo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Disgoia!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Disgoia moves into range and clinches up with Waleboo.
Waleboo swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Disgoia blocks an uppercut.
Waleboo misses with some punches.

Disgoia blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Disgoia wants to get back to striking at distance but Waleboo won't allow it.
Waleboo is fighting off a takedown attempt but Disgoia is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Waleboo to the mat. Waleboo regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Disgoia is looking to work some ground and pound but Waleboo has wrist control.

Disgoia is pulling down on Waleboo's head. It's preventing any offense from Waleboo, at least for the moment.
Waleboo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Disgoia has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Waleboo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Disgoia pulls Waleboo in close to his closed guard and prevents Waleboo from doing any damage or advancing position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Disgoia is on top in guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

and Disgoia counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Disgoia stands and throws Waleboo's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Disgoia is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Waleboo avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Disgoia.
Disgoia advances to mount.

Disgoia has control of Waleboo's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Waleboo regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Disgoia manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Waleboo on his heels. He'll look to pass Waleboo's guard now, I'm sure.
Akame Waleboo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
