Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ezra Elsen (ranked 4177 p4p, 2889 weight class) and Richard Richman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Steve Montenegro and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elsen clinches with his opponent.
Still in the clinch, Elsen scores with a nice short uppercut.

Elsen lands a damaging elbow.
Richman tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Elsen avoids it.
Elsen misses with an elbow over the top.

Richman struggles to land a body shot inside as Elsen controls his hands.
Elsen lands a right hand that snaps the head of Richman backwards.
Richman takes a shot to the head.
Richman dodges an elbow strike from Elsen.
Richman tries to throw a body punch but Elsen avoids it by throwing Richman back against the cage.
Elsen lands a hook to the side of the head.

Elsen lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Elsen creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Richman tries to break the clinch but Elsen is controlling the position.

Richman is pressed against the cage. Elsen pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Richman! Two more big strikes from Elsen and Richman crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!

A relieved looking Ezra Elsen thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
