Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Giovani Hatfield (ranked 1405 p4p, 2999 weight class) and Long Duck (ranked 119 p4p, 239 weight class). Duck has chosen Trouble man as his entrance music. Giovani Hatfield has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Long Duck!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatfield steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Duck.

Long Duck seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hatfield stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Duck throws an overhand right that lands on Hatfield's shoulder, as Hatfield tries to avoid the shot.

Hatfield throws a shot from downtown. Duck moves away and avoids it.
Duck bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hatfield's head backwards.
Duck throws a series of punches but Hatfield moves out of range.
Duck walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Hatfield drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Duck swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Hatfield's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Long Duck!
A determined Long Duck didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
