Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Martin Varga (ranked 3810 p4p, 4478 weight class) and Damarion Wolfe (ranked 363 p4p, 391 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Varga throws a body shot but no joy.
Varga loads up on a big right hand but Wolfe slips the punch.

Wolfe drops back looking for a leg! Varga is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Varga manages to kick Wolfe off! Wolfe jumps back into Varga's guard.

Varga lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Varga tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Wolfe wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Wolfe tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wolfe has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Damarion Wolfe has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Martin Varga is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Wolfe has an Americana. Varga didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Wolfe is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Wolfe hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
