This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of London, with a TWGC record of 1 wins and 2 losses; Donner Keil! And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 11 losses; Alistair Ubereem! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Ubereem tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Keil swivels and escapes. Keil is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Ubereem.
Ubereem closes the distance and clinches. Keil tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Ubereem just stands there and leans against the cage.
Ubereem manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Keil tries to free his leg and advance position but Ubereem is retaining full guard. Keil sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ubereem's guard.
Keil is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ubereem is just riding it out for now. Keil eventually gives up the hold. Ubereem wants to get back to full guard.
Keil is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ubereem sees it coming and defends easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ubereem tries to get to full guard but Keil has control of the leg. Ubereem won't allow Keil to pass to mount. Keil is working hard here to advance position. Ubereem tries to roll over but Keil keeps him under control.

Ubereem is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Keil pulls his head out easily. Ubereem works his way to full guard. Good work. Keil passes Ubereem's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Ubereem is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Keil's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Keil's back! Score +4 for clean sweep to past guard: Keil (0) vs (4) Ubereem The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ubereem tightening his grip on Keil, looking for the choke.
Keil is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Ubereem gets his way!
Ubereem patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? I really don't envy Keil right now.
 The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Ubereem tightening his grip on Keil, looking for the choke. Ubereem is hanging on to Keil's back as he tries to escape.
