The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Candy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
King shoots in and drives through. Candy sprawls well.
Candy leaves King with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Candy is looking to counter with a body kick.
Candy keeps the fight on the outside.

Candy tries to keep at a distance but King has taken the fight into the clinch.
King misses with a shot to the kidneys.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Candy wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of King's closed guard. He's half up but King has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! King pivots and extends the arm, Candy falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by King! Well done that man!
