Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kalevelis Kalvis (ranked 2732 p4p, 2509 weight class) and Brady Walker (ranked 177 p4p, 166 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kalevelis Kalvis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brady Walker!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker misses with a few strikes there.
Kalvis tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Walker manages to circle out of the way.
Walker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kalviss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walker throws a series of punches but Kalvis moves out of range.
Walker has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A decent looking cross lands there for Walker.
Kalvis misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Walker goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Kalvis swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
A big left from Walker misses.
Walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walker throws a hook to the side of Kalvis's head but Kalvis sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kalvis slips under a jab.
Brady Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walker scores with a hook.
Walker scores with a one two! Kalvis had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Walker rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kalvis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kalvis was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Walker missing with a left hand there. Kalvis was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Kalvis closes the distance and clinches.
Walker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kalvis has him pressed against the cage.

Walker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Walker throws a hook but Kalvis avoids it easily.
Walker lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kalvis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Walker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kalvis on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Walker circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kalvis avoids a punch combination nicely.
Walker lands a head shot.
A jab from Walker does it's job there.
Kalvis stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kalvis throws a hook to the side of Walker's head but Walker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Walker throws a series of punches but Kalvis avoids them all with ease.
Walker has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Walker slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Kalvis closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kalvis gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Walker manages to break the clinch.
Walker walks into a straight right hand from Kalvis.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Walker throws a sloppy head kick
and Kalvis counters with a huge left! Walker is in big trouble! He's backing up but Kalvis isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Walker from any more damage. A dominating finish by Kalvis!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kalevelis Kalvis!
A very excited looking Kalevelis Kalvis made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
