Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hardeep Nijjar!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shigeki Sano and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nijjar displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hobbs.

Nijjar circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Hobbs to the canvas! Hobbs doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Nijjar keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

Hardeep Nijjar was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
