Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andor Kovacs (ranked 3655 p4p, 2720 weight class) and Kari Mountain (ranked 410 p4p, 323 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 28 - 40 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Andor Kovacs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kari Mountain! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Alec Ball.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mountain avoids the head kick by Kovacs.
Kovacs takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Mountain swings away with a body shot that misses
and Kovacs counters with a one-two to the body. Kovacs pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mountain throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kovacs wants to clinch. Mountain lands with a good body shot. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kovacs walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Kovacs doesn't manage to clinch there - Mountain circles away.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Kovacs with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mountain to score with a decent uppercut. Mountain keeps the fight on the outside. Mountain is looking for the big counter here. A nice combination there by Mountain.
Kovacs lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
 It looks like Kari Mountain has been cut. Kovacs moves out of range as Mountain throws a body kick.
Kovacs moves out of range of the body kick. Mountain lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Kovacs on the wrong end of a nice jab. Mountain scores with a head kick. Kovacs tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Kovacs looks to land a combination but Mountain avoids it well. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mountain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kovacs circles away quickly and effectively.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Kovacs. A head kick misses from Kovacs. Mountain tries to bum rush Kovacs with a series of wild strikes but Kovacs uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Mountain misses with an uppercut. Kovacs is looking to counter with head kicks. Mountain throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kovacs. Kovacs tries to clinch up and Mountain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kovacs goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Mountain misses with a body shot.
Mountain lands with a shot to the body. Mountain looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Kovacs thinks about countering with a head kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mountain throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Mountain lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Mountain throws a series of punches but Kovacs moves out of range. The fighters circle momentarily. Mountain darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kovacs closes the distance but Mountain moves to the side and Mountain counters with a left and a right that stings Kovacs. Mountain has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Kovacs closes the distance and clinches. Mountain tries to circle away but Kovacs has him pinned against the cage. Kovacs keeps control of Mountain as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kovacs looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Kovacs breaks the clinch.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Mountain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mountain lands with an overhand left. Kovacs tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kovacs takes one to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kovacs moves forwards but Mountain connects with a nice, crisp jab. Kovacs ducks right into an uppercut from Mountain. Kovacs takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kovacs takes a shot right to the bread basket. Mountain explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Mountain fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Mountain blocks a head kick by Kovacs.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kari Mountain dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kari Mountain's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Mountain thumps Kovacs with a low kick. Kovacs misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mountain lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Kovacs is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Mountain. Kovacs swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Mountain. Kovacs throws a hook to the side of Mountain's head but Mountain sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Mountain has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Kovacs throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice straight punches there by Mountain. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mountain. Mountain fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Kovacs tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A nice leg kick lands there from Mountain.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mountain scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Mountain jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Both fighters circling a little - Mountain finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Mountain connects with a solid leg kick. Kovacs misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mountain is looking for the big counter here. Kari Mountain seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Kovacs has managed to clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Mountain throws a head punch that misses. Kovacs prevents Mountain from breaking the clinch. Kovacs lands with a short head shot on the inside. Kovacs's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Mountain is trying to break the clinch but Kovacs has him pressed against the cage.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Mountain lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kovacs backwards. Kovacs is looking to break free of the clinch but Mountain has double underhooks. Mountain slowing the pace effectively. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Kovacs tries to clinch up but Mountain circles away and keeps his distance. Kovacs gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Mountain. This has been an exciting period of action! Mountain is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Sloppy strikes from Mountain. Those never looked like landing. Mountain walks into a left hand.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice shot lands for Mountain. Kovacs slips a jab and a cross from Mountain.
Mountain scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Kovacs misses with a straight right. Kovacs throws a head kick but Mountain moves out of range.
Mountain's corner calls for a 1-2. Mountain obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Kovacs tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A big left from Kovacs misses. Mountain keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. Kovacs throws a lazy uppercut
and Mountain counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Kovacs throws a sloppy head kick and Mountain moves out of range easily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mountain scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Kovacs tries to close the distance and clinch but Mountain swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kovacs throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kovacs takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Mountain looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Kovacs tries to clinch but Mountain moves out of range. Mountain moves out of range as Kovacs strikes. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kovacs crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Mountain - the referee stops the clock and Kovacs gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Mountain. Kovacs manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Kari Mountain showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Kari Mountain's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Mountain checks the leg kick. Kovacs's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mountain under the eye. Kovacs lands a high kick!

Kovacs fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mountain, pushing him back against the cage. Mountain blocking some punches.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Kovacs keeps control of Mountain as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Mountain can't break the clinch.

Kovacs swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Kovacs throws a lazy head kick and Mountain counters with a head kick. A jab from Kovacs misses. Kovacs throws a right and a left that both miss. Andor Kovacs is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Mountain throws a one two combo.
Kovacs has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mountain finds it's way round the side to connect with Kovacs's head.
 Kovacs is rocked! Kovacs looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Kovacs misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Kovacs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Mountain throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kovacs. It looked like Kovacs wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Mountain lands the left hand. Kari Mountain is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Kovacs throws a head kick that misses. Kovacs seems to have got his legs back now. Kovacs tries to clinch but Mountain moves out of range. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Mountain misses with a double jab
and Kovacs counters with a head kick. That will keep Mountain thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Mountain pushes Kovacs away with a front kick. Mountain connects with a high kick. A good leg kick by Mountain. Mountain lands a nice shot that snaps Kovacs's head back.
Nice body kick there by Mountain. Kovacs throws a right and a left that both miss. Mountain swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Mountain connects with an inside leg kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mountain lands with a kick to the ribs.
Mountain thuds his shin into the meat of Kovacs's side. Mountain connects with a right hand. Kovacs shakes it off. Mountain cracks Kovacs with an open hand slap. Mountain clobbers Kovacs with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Mountain scores with a head kick. Kovacs tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Mountain uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kovacs has time to react. Mountain misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
As Mountain backs away, Kovacs returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Kovacs takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kovacs connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mountain scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

and Kovacs counters with a one-two to the body. Kovacs wants to clinch up but Mountain keeps it at a distance. A little jabbing left from Mountain on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Mountain jabs Kovacs to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kovacs doesn't manage to clinch there - Mountain circles away.
Kovacs tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mountain paws at him with a jab and circles away. Andor Kovacs has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mountain fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Kovacs wants to clinch.
And that's the end of the fight! Kari Mountain comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Mountain winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
