Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between dude sup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryofu Hosen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hosen has chosen Get Shakes - Disneyland part 1 as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, dude sup! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryofu Hosen! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hosen avoids the head kick by sup.
Hosen clinches with his opponent.
Hosen lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
It looks like dude sup has been cut. Hosen throws an elbow but it's blocked.
sup wants to break free but Hosen has control.
Hosen creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Hosen drags the fight down to the ground.
sup stands and steps away. Hosen gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. sup misses with a wild body shot. sup shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hosen as he jumps to the side. The fight stays on the outside here - Hosen looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hosen tries to close the distance and clinch but sup swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Some bone on bone action there as sup checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Hosen gets a clinch. sup could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Hosen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hosen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hosen pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Hosen wants to clinch. Hosen moves into range and clinches up with sup.

Hosen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Hosen is looking to score with low kicks. sup avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hosen clinches. sup wants a takedown.
Hosen misses with a knee strike.
sup is working for takedown but Hosen is calmly controlling the position for now. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for dude sup. That's going to take a lot out of him. sup looking to stall.

Hosen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hosen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Hosen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hosen wants to clinch but sup slips to the side enabling sup to counter with a crisp jab. Hosen tries to clinch and sup moves into the clinch. sup lands an elbow just above Hosen 's eye. sup breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hosen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from sup. Hosen looks to clinch and sup counters with a three punch combo that has Hosen backing up. Hosen nods at sup to acknowledge the strikes. Ryofu Hosen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hosen looks gassed! Hosen closes the distance looking to clinch and sup counters with an inside leg kick. A low kick from Hosen misses and sup counters by moving into the clinch. sup breaks the clinch.
sup clinches. sup tries for a takedown. No joy.
Hosen landing knees to the head.
Hosen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Hosen tries to clinch but sup moves away and sup counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hosen! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! sup throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Hosen because sup loaded up on that one. sup thowing shots but they're missing. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hosen can do anything to dispel that myth. sup throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

sup tries to control but Hosen wriggling away. Hosen is working to get back to half guard.
Hosen is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Hosen is looking to get to half guard. Hosen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with sup. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Hosen is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Hosen wants to hold on but sup pushes him away. sup looking to ground and pound but Hosen is blocking nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
dude sup dominated that round. The cut man is working on dude sup's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Hosen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Hosen pushes sup off and gets back to his feet.
Hosen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but sup was well out of range. Poor timing from Hosen. A shot to de liver by sup. Beautiful body shot. Hosen darts in trying to clinch and sup moves into the clinch. sup wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Hosen throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and sup counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Hosen closes the distance and clinches. Hosen connects with a nasty looking knee right to sup's face.
Hosen is breathing heavily. Hosen prevents a takedown attempt there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hosen tries to land a knee to the head but sup blocks with his arms.
sup is trying to break free. Hosen breaks the clinch.
sup keeps the fight on the outside. sup closes the distance and clinches up with Hosen, looking for a takedown. sup pushes Hosen against the cage but Hosen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. sup shoots for a double leg takedown but Hosen sprawls well. He's pushed sup's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for dude sup. That's going to take a lot out of him. sup lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hosen takes a step back to recover. Hosen with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Hosen wants to clinch but sup slips to the side and sup counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. sup wants to stand up but Hosen is controlling the position.
Hosen is looking to improve his position.
Hosen is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of sup's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take sup's back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. sup is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Hosen lands a shot to the head. sup tries to roll but Hosen sticks to his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. sup wants to control his opponent's hands but Hosen gets his hands free. You can see the frustration on sup's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's three minutes gone in the round. sup is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
sup is trying to get back to his feet but Hosen has full control of the position and if anything, sup has just worked his way into a worse spot. Hosen punishes sup with strikes from the back mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. sup is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. sup is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Hosen.
Hosen has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, sup has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
sup rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

sup stuns Hosen with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. sup blocks a head kick by Hosen.
Hosen tries to clinch but sup moves away and sup counters with a head kick. That will keep Hosen thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! sup shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hosen but Hosen pushes him off and we're back to square one. Hosen darts in trying to clinch and sup cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Hosen tries to clinch but fails miserably and sup counters with a slapping leg kick. Hosen closes the distance and pushes sup back into the cage. sup wants to break free but Hosen has control.

Hosen pulls guard effortlessly. sup stands up from Hosen's guard - sup perhaps looking for a knockout. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Hosen drops his hands momentarily and sup takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. sup shoots for a takedown but Hosen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hosen. A head kick misses from sup. sup showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hosen.
sup moves into the clinch successfully.
Hosen throws an elbow but it's blocked.
sup is trying to break free. sup is looking to break free of the clinch but Hosen has double underhooks. sup escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
No joy there for sup, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hosen tries to clinch but fails miserably and sup counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Hosen! Hosen keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hosen tries to lock up and control but sup gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Hosen is looking to improve his position but sup isn't that keen on the idea. sup looking to control but Hosen is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. sup jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Hosen is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Hosen and sup has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. sup tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. sup trying to control the action but Hosen is working from the bottom. Hosen struggling a bit here. sup misses with the ground and pound. Ryofu Hosen has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Hosen wants to control but sup postures up. sup decides to stand back up. Hosen pushes sup away with a front kick. Hosen shoots in looking for a takedown. sup tries to sprawl out of it but Hosen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. sup manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Hosen tries to close the distance and clinch but sup swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. sup tries to clinch up but Hosen circles away and keeps his distance. sup scores with a nice strike. Hosen looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
sup avoids the head kick by Hosen.
sup shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. dude sup is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Hosen is squirming around, avoiding sup's attempts to control the action.
And that's the end of the fight! dude sup showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for sup, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
