Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Randy Rebar (ranked 4649 p4p, 3352 weight class) and Glacius Candy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Randy Rebar has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Randy Rebar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Glacius Candy! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rebar swings widly with a right hand
and Candy counters with a flying knee. Nice. Rebar looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Candy misses with a head kick.
Rebar tries to counter by clinching up but Candy breaks away and moves out of range. Candy lands a nice looking kick to the body. Rebar takes a step back to recover. Glacius Candy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rebar steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Candy. That one must have hurt. Candy looking to land some kicks to the body here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Candy. Rebar shrugs it off though. Candy throws a head kick that misses. Rebar avoids the head kick by Candy.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Candy moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Candy lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Rebar takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Rebar steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Candy. That one must have hurt. A chopping leg kick lands by Candy. A head kick from Candy lands but Rebar takes it in his stride. A slapping leg kick lands for Candy.
Candy buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Candy bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Rebar will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body. Candy scores with a kick to the body.
Candy moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Rebar crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Candy - the referee stops the clock and Rebar gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Candy. Rebar manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rebar avoids the head kick by Candy.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Candy throws a front kick that sends Rebar stumbling back into the cage. Candy goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Candy throws a front kick that sends Rebar stumbling back into the cage. Candy connects with a high kick.
 It looks like Randy Rebar has been cut. Rebar looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Candy lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Will he be able to recover?!! Candy lands a brutal head kick. Rebar looks out on his feet and Candy throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Glacius Candy! A relieved looking Glacius Candy thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
