Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lamar Louis (ranked 3363 p4p, 1759 weight class) and Heera Ghuruwa (ranked 379 p4p, 237 weight class). Louis comes to the cage accompanied by Bleach OST - BL_86. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lamar Louis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Heera Ghuruwa!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghuruwa on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Louis. Louis obviously looking to wear him down.
Ghuruwa looks to land a right hand but Louis moved out of range.
Ghuruwa misses with a straight left.
As Ghuruwa backs away, Louis returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Louis chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Ghuruwa throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Louis sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Louis doesn't manage to clinch there - Ghuruwa circles away.
Louis takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Louis looks to land a left hand but Ghuruwa moved out of range nicely.
Louis doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ghuruwa throws the left hand but Louis avoids the punch easily.

Louis tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Ghuruwa has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Louis throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Ghuruwa swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Ghuruwa throws a wild body kick that Louis sees coming a mile off.

Louis gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Ghuruwa looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Ghuruwa, as that shot connected.
Louis tries to work over Ghuruwa's front leg with a kick but Ghuruwa checks it.
Ghuruwa instigates a clinch.
Louis blocks an elbow strike from Ghuruwa.

and Louis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ghuruwa is stalking Louis. Louis circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Ghuruwa, and it's lights out! Louis really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
