The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Breaker tries to sprawl but Tully drives through with a takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Tully (2) vs (0) Breaker
Breaker is pressing down on Tully's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Breaker trying to keep a closed guard but Tully is proving a slippery customer.
Breaker pulls Tully in close to prevent any damage.
Breaker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Breaker looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Tully puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Tully seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Breaker does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
