Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy McGee (ranked 1394 p4p, 1964 weight class) and Alan Arnolds (ranked 120 p4p, 165 weight class). Arnolds comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Free and Easy - The Almighty kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimmy McGee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Alan Arnolds! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McGee misses with a straight right. A head kick misses from Arnolds. McGee misses the shot to the body. McGee keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Arnolds. Arnolds throws a poor cross that misses
and McGee counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. McGee connects with a good right hand that stumbles Arnolds. Arnolds circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Arnolds scores with a nice strike. McGee's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Arnolds connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McGee scrambles back to his feet. Arnolds changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McGee tries to avoid it but Arnolds manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McGee to the ground. McGee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. McGee thuds a left hand into Arnolds's body.
Arnolds closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into McGee's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McGee has his hands on Arnolds's head, controlling the position. McGee is trying to control the position but Arnolds postures up. McGee is trying to hold Arnolds in close to prevent damage but Arnolds has managed to pass into half guard.
Arnolds is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
 That's one minute gone in the round. McGee wants to get back to full guard. Arnolds wants to lay and pray for a moment but McGee keeps working. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Arnolds passes to side control. McGee wants to control but Arnolds postures up. McGee manages to work his way to half guard, despite Arnolds's best efforts. Arnolds is pressing down on McGee's thigh, looking to free his foot. McGee is holding on for now.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Arnolds trying to control from McGee's half guard. McGee has other ideas though and has regained full guard. McGee lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Arnolds controls McGee momentarily but McGee frees himself. McGee is stalling in the full guard.
McGee gets to his feet - Arnolds follows without any prompting. Arnolds takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Good exchange - McGee coming out on top. Arnolds thows a left - swing and a miss! A counter left hand to the body from McGee misses its target. McGee misses with a series of wild punches.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Arnolds throws an overhand right that lands on McGee's shoulder, as McGee tries to avoid the shot. McGee checks a low kick from Arnolds. We've been told by McGee's head coaches at Crapollas Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Arnolds blocks a jab.
Arnolds moves into the clinch. Both fighters working to control the clinch. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Arnolds tries to throw a body punch but McGee avoids it by throwing Arnolds back against the cage. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Arnolds lands with a short punch from the clinch.

McGee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Arnolds decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. McGee tries to roll over but Arnolds keeps him under control. Arnolds wants to free his trapped foot but McGee is holding on for dear life with his legs. McGee trying to hold on to Arnolds's head to control him but Arnolds postures up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Arnolds is stalling here. McGee is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Arnolds seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and McGee has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Arnolds sneaks back into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Arnolds gets full guard.
McGee gets to his feet - Arnolds follows without any prompting. Arnolds pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Arnolds is trying hard to land a takedown here. McGee sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Arnolds throws a hook to the side of McGee's head but McGee sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Arnolds throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McGee's waist but McGee gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Arnolds off to one side. Jimmy McGee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alan Arnolds. Arnolds connects with a high kick. McGee avoids the head kick by Arnolds.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! McGee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Arnolds - the referee stops the clock and McGee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Arnolds. McGee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. McGee feints a jab promting Arnolds to slip. McGee then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Arnolds slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. McGee will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Alan Arnolds will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
McGee throws a body shot but no joy. Arnolds misses with a straight right. McGee thows a left - swing and a miss! A jab from Arnolds misses. Arnolds takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. McGee misses with an uppercut. Arnolds saw that one coming. Arnolds cracks McGee with a good jab. McGee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. McGee on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Arnolds lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Arnolds tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McGee manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A nice leg kick from Arnolds, right into the meat of the thigh.
Arnolds throws a body punch but McGee moves out of range. McGee throws a big counter combination but Arnolds scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Jimmy McGee is winning the standup battle so far. McGee tests Arnolds's chin there with a solid looking shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Arnolds tries to close the distance and clinch but McGee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A head kick misses from Arnolds. McGee lands a slapping body shot.
 That's one minute gone in the round. A jab from McGee does it's job there. McGee scores with a head kick. Arnolds tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
 Arnolds is rocked! Arnolds missing with a left hand there. McGee was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Arnolds is still on wobbly legs! Can McGee finish him? McGee comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. McGee ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Arnolds's jaw. Arnolds's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! McGee does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jimmy McGee! During a confident post fight interview, Jimmy McGee thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. The defeated Alan Arnolds had this to say: 'Thank you to my opponent and all the fans, my coaches and sponsors.'.
