The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Haney scores with a decent looking hook.
Dragusin scores with a punch to the head.
It looks like Brenden Haney has been cut.
We've been told by Dragusin's head coaches at Cozad MMA London that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Brenden Haney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Haney forces Dragusin back against the cage and clinches.
Dragusin swings wildly with an uppercut but Haney uses good head movement to avoid it.
Haney prevents a body shot from Dragusin.
Haney lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Haney.

Haney tries to throw a body punch but Dragusin avoids it by throwing Haney back against the cage.
Haney's coach down at Fighter Factory was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Haney's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Dragusin swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Haney works on Dragusin's body with a couple of short punches.

Haney lands a right hand that snaps the head of Dragusin backwards.

Clinched against the cage, Haney lands a big elbow that drops Dragusin! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Dragusin is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brenden Haney!
In his post fight interview, Brenden Haney gave a big smile as he said 'Shout out to the Fighter Factory. The Best Gym with the Best Coaches in the WORLD! Props to my opponent, I'm gunna be back in the gym tomorrow but not after celebrating! Thank you everyone!'.
The defeated Radu Dragusin had this to say: 'Sorry, I'll be back better than ever, thanks for watching me fight.'.
