And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Gustavo Andracias!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kreiger showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Andracias.
Kreiger wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Gustavo Andracias seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Andracias throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nice takedown defense from Andracias. No joy for Kreiger on that attempt.
Kreiger closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Andracias quickly recovers to half guard.

Andracias is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Kreiger stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Andracias swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kreiger postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Andracias can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kreiger makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Kreiger stands up over Andracias, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Kreiger advances to half guard.
Kreiger lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Andracias quite badly. Andracias pulls Kreiger in close trying to recover. Kreiger postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Andracias on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Andracias doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
