The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stafford shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mica Galvao but Mica Galvao pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mica Galvao tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Stafford shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stafford gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Mica Galvao counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Mica Galvao passes Stafford's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Mica Galvao is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Still in half guard, Mica Galvao seems content to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
