The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Andrew Berry and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benoit connects with a looping right hand.
Benoit drops his shoulder and cracks Hooper with a huge uppercut! Hooper goes down! Can Benoit finish him?

Benoit cracks Hooper with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Hooper walks into a straight right hand from Benoit.
Hooper slips a jab from Benoit.
Hooper walks straight into a right hand from Benoit - that's dropped him! Benoit jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Hooper from any more punishment! Hooper complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

An out of breath Christ Benoit thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
