Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Soo Young Yoo (ranked 2186 p4p, 2373 weight class) and Sheldon House (ranked 153 p4p, 160 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Soo Young Yoo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sheldon House! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! House throws a wild body kick that Yoo sees coming a mile off. Sheldon House seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. House throws the left hand but Yoo avoids the punch easily. Yoo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Yoo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? House is fending him off so far but Yoo persists. Nope, House circles away and we're back to standing. House throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Yoo counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Yoo. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. House is looking to stand up but Yoo isn't so interested in that idea. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yoo is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Rising Sun Training that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. Yoo sitting in guard, not really doing much. Yoo is looking to work some ground and pound but House has wrist control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Yoo trying to control but House is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yoo postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. House being controlled here, momentarily. House wants to stand but Yoo is controlling the position.
Yoo drops back looking for a leg! House is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and House manages to kick Yoo off! Yoo jumps back into House's guard. Yoo trying to control but House is working from the bottom.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. House looks for the body kick but Yoo saw that one coming. Yoo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Yoo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. House tries to avoid it but Yoo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag House to the ground. House escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Yoo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. House is trying to defend but Yoo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
House has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Yoo is on him like a limpet, forcing House back against the cage.
House breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Both fighters circling a little - House finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Yoo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. House is looking to slow Yoo down with leg kicks. House looks to score with a jab to the body but Yoo is just out of range. Yoo attempts a counter takedown but House avoids it well and moves away. House pulls out of a head kick attempt.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. House tries to bum rush Yoo with a series of wild strikes but Yoo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Yoo throws a right hand that misses
and House counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sheldon House is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. House misses the shot to the body. House throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. House misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Yoo half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. A jab from House finds it's way through Yoo's defenses. House throws a wild body kick that Yoo sees coming a mile off. House swings for the body but Yoo moves out of range.
House throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. House pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yoo throws a body punch but House moves out of range. Yoo misses with a jab, cross combination.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from House! But no joy. House scores with a nice body kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yoo on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. House misses with a hook. Yoo ducked under it nicely. House swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. House throws a nice outside leg kick. House misses with a double jab.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sheldon House dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Yoo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by House, who protects the arm well.
Yoo is trying to get an arm triangle but House is defending well. House tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. House is trying to stand up.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Yoo unloads with some shots from mount but House bucks and avoids them well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. House wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Yoo content just to control the position here. Yoo trying to control but House is having none of it. You get the feeling that House really doesn't like being in this position too much.

House bucks up and throws Yoo to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Thud! ouch! good body kick from House - that will leave a mark!

House fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Yoo checks it well. House throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Yoo tries to counter with a takedown but House is quick to defend against it. House connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Yoo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. The fighters circle momentarily. Yoo darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. House tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Yoo is able to avoid easily. House throws a half hearted mid kick. Yoo takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. House looks to score with a jab to the body but Yoo is just out of range. Yoo staying out of range there. Yoo avoids the head kick by House.
Yoo feinted with a counter takedown. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Yoo checks a leg kick. Yoo changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. House takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Yoo walks into a left hand. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sheldon House showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

and Yoo decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in House's guard. Yoo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed House's guard. House keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Yoo is working for a submission of some sort.
House pushes Yoo off and gets back to his feet.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! House misses with an uppercut
and Yoo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Yoo working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Yoo trying to control the position from guard on top but House is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. House is looking to stand up but Yoo isn't so interested in that idea. Yoo looking to pass the guard. House wants to get back to his feet but Yoo passes into half guard.
Yoo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Yoo trying to control from half guard but House is working away. House on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Yoo is looking to take a break and control but House is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. House is looking to escape. Yoo thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. House tries to kick Yoo off but Yoo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. House is refusing to be controlled, as Yoo sits in half guard. House looks like he's trying to stand up.
Yoo is keen to just control but House is a slippery customer. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. House is trying to stand back up but Yoo is controlling him
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. House looks for the body kick but Yoo saw that one coming. Yoo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Yoo blocks a jab. Yoo appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Yoo closes the distance and clinches up with House, looking for a takedown. Yoo pushes House against the cage but House circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. House is looking to land body kicks. House throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Yoo. Yoo feinted with a counter takedown. House misses with a series of wild punches.
Yoo tries to counter with a takedown but House is quick to defend against it. Soo Young Yoo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! House stuns Yoo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Sheldon House. I've got House winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
