The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magomedsharipov displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Su Kao.
Su Kao tries for a takedown but Magomedsharipov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Su Kao shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Magomedsharipov is trying to defend but Su Kao finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Magomedsharipov wants to improve his position but Su Kao is controlling well.
Su Kao is looking to advance position but Magomedsharipov won't allow it.

Su Kao is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Magomedsharipov tries to hold on but Su Kao postures up.
Magomedsharipov is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Su Kao locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Magomedsharipov is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Nok Su Kao!
Nok Su Kao decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
